We recover outstanding freight for forwarders and carriers. In the event of a damage we deal with the recourse action against the responsible subcontractor/their transport liability insurer, fend off claims brought forward by the cargo interests, review insurance policies and enforce coverage claims against the insurers.
Furthermore we provide legal advice on and represent in administrative offence proceedings (e.g. violation of statutory driving time requirements, exceeding of the permitted weights), traffic collisions, non- or faulty discharge of customs documents and much more.
