Founded in 1984 by Mr Grimme, our firm has been specialised in the field of transport and insurance law ever since. It is our goal to handle all cases swiftly and thoroughly.
Nobody is interested in long-lasting proceedings resulting in substantial costs. Therefore we try to settle conflicts in a time and cost saving manner as long as no principal questions of law need to be decided upon by a (supreme) court or if a dispute is unavoidable.
Our goal is maximum transparency of the process, its traceability and the possibility to review the results achieved. Accordingly we work in close coordination with our clients. If desired, Grimme & Partner will report to clients about proceedings via copies and keeps statistics on recourse proceeds, status of proceedings and much more.
